Liv Calls earns a commission for referring and onboarding Clients to the ProAxis platform. Our role is to market, educate, and onboard — not to operate the underlying call delivery or billing infrastructure.
2. Our Services
Liv Calls provides the following:
- Performance marketing content and SEO designed to attract inbound call traffic across specific verticals
- Educational resources and industry-specific pages to help businesses understand pay per call lead generation
- Onboarding assistance to connect qualified businesses with the ProAxis pay per call platform
- Support escalation for Client questions or disputes related to call quality or billing
Liv Calls does not guarantee a specific volume of calls, a specific close rate, or specific revenue outcomes. Call volume, call quality, and billing are governed by your agreement with ProAxis once onboarding is complete.
3. The ProAxis Platform
Once you are onboarded through Liv Calls, your call delivery, billing, call tracking, and call recording services are managed by ProAxis (proaxis.ai). By engaging with the ProAxis platform, you agree to be bound by ProAxis's own terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.
Liv Calls is not a party to your billing relationship with ProAxis and is not liable for:
- Call volume or availability in your market
- Billing disputes or payment processing issues
- Call recording practices or data retention policies
- Platform downtime or technical issues
- Changes to ProAxis's pricing, policies, or platform features

4. Eligibility
To use our services and be onboarded to the ProAxis platform through Liv Calls, you must:

- Have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing your industry, including any licensing or certification requirements
Liv Calls reserves the right to decline onboarding to any business at our sole discretion without explanation.
5. Accurate Information
When you schedule a call, complete an onboarding form, or communicate with Liv Calls, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business, service area, and intended use of the platform. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your access to our services and referral to ProAxis for account review.
6. Call Quality and Disputes
Liv Calls makes no direct warranties regarding call quality, as call screening, routing, and recording are managed by ProAxis. However, we understand that call quality issues arise and we are committed to advocating for our Clients.
If you receive a call that does not meet your agreed criteria — wrong service area, wrong service type, or not a genuine consumer inquiry — please contact us at info@livcalls.com with the call details. We will review the issue and escalate to ProAxis on your behalf for credit review.
Resolution of disputes is ultimately subject to ProAxis's policies and at ProAxis's discretion. Liv Calls cannot guarantee credits or refunds but will make reasonable efforts to advocate for resolution.
7. No Guarantees of Results
Liv Calls makes no representations or warranties regarding:
- The number of calls you will receive
- The conversion rate or close rate of calls delivered
- The revenue or profit you will generate from the platform
- The availability of call volume in your specific market or vertical
Pay per call performance varies by market, vertical, season, and individual business factors including response time, pricing, and sales process. Past performance data referenced on this website reflects industry averages and is not a guarantee of your individual results.
8. Intellectual Property
